SM Prime drops $500m REIT planCiting concerns about the "current public ownership structure," SM Prime CFO Jeffrey Lim said that it is abandoning its plans to raise up to $500 million through a REIT offer, and will instead focus its efforts on other projects given that there's plenty of liquidity for capital raising.
